SHIPMENTS
Our products can be sent to any National or International location.

All our orders will be processed within 24 to 48 business hours from the moment the purchase is made. The delivery time will be from 24 to 72 business hours once the shipment has been processed for domestic shipments.

Products made to measure will have a longer delivery time previously notified in the purchase process.

International shipments delivery times may vary depending on the operators, around 15 days from the shipment.

Therefore, from the moment the purchase is confirmed, you will receive the order in a maximum of 15 business days at your home or at the collection point, depending on the delivery option chosen during the purchase process. These deadlines are subject to exceptions for reasons beyond our product management.

Shipping costs are subject to the rates contracted with the company Correos Express and UPS.

RETURNS

The Juan Vg Designer team wants our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and to have full confidence in us, for this reason we will facilitate the return process at all times if they are not satisfied with the product, only in Europe.

The return period is extended up to 15 calendar days once the product is received. To do this, within this period the client must contact Juan Vg Designer by email or WhatsApp, informing them of the products they wish to return and the reason.

Once the application is received, a link will be provided to fill in the necessary data:

-Complete the form sent through the link.

-Print the generated label and put it correctly in the properly packed package-

-Take it to the nearest corresponding office in the next 3 days or notify us if you prefer the collection of the package at home, facilitating the collection of the same to the transport company.

The return request date applies at the time the customer contacts us. We always try to answer as soon as possible, if you have written to us within 15 days and you receive our answer later, there would be no problem. The return will be accepted if the rest of the conditions are met.

The product will have to arrive in perfect condition, without having been used. In the same conditions and with the same packaging that was sent (labels, product protection material…)

Once the return has been received in our warehouse, and it has been verified that all the steps have been followed correctly, the amount of the returned products will be reimbursed, discounting the cost corresponding to the transport for return expenses. With the exception of parts with factory defects, in these cases the return will be free. We want to clarify that when it comes to handcrafted pieces, irregularities in the color, shape or finish of the piece will not be considered manufacturing defects, since that is part of the charm of our brand’s philosophy, we seek to escape perfection and that each piece has own personality.

The refund of the amount paid for the purchase will be carried out as soon as possible once we have received the product within the return period and under the same purchase conditions.

Custom-made garments are not accepted for return.

Juan Vg Designer reserves the right to reject a return in the case of not meeting the specified conditions. If this situation occurs, it will be notified that the order is not subject to return.

For shipments outside of Europe, for shipping costs, customs and others, returns are not accepted.

CHANGES

Changes cannot be made as such. To make a change of any product you will have to return the unwanted product, following the steps explained above and proceed to make a new purchase of the desired product.

Returns of products that are broken or in poor condition will only be made at the time of receipt of the same, the seller not being responsible for the damages that may come from the use and wear of the same.
